EAGLE Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) handles information of users (hereinafter “Users”) of the smartphone application provided by the Company (hereinafter “the App”) and related services (hereinafter “the Services”) as follows.

The Company uses Users’ information in the App and Services for the purposes below. If Users do not provide information, some or all of the App and Services may not be available.

    Information Collected: Device ID, OS version, and other device-related information
    Method: Automatic
    Purpose: To verify identity and prevent Terms of Use violations
  • Location Information
    Information Collected: Location data
    Method: Automatic
    Purpose: To provide services requiring location information, such as multiplayer

    Information Collected: Contacts information (name, phone number, email)

    Purpose: To invite friends to the App

Use of Information Collection Modules

The Company may use third-party information collection modules for service provision, usage analysis, and personalized advertising.

Purpose: For data storage

Suspension and Deletion of User Information

The App does not provide a means to stop automatic transmission of user information. To stop transmission, uninstall the App.
The Services also do not provide a means to delete user information from Company servers.

Revisions

The Company may revise this Privacy Policy in whole or in part. Important changes will be announced.
